...time favourite films is indeed Dirty Dancing and I did used to have the soundtrack until I wore it out and it became so bad I had to throw it out. When I spotted this one in Woolworths I just had to buy it much to my Husbands moaning!
The cover of the CD is white and has a picture of Baby and Johnny on the right had side and the name of the film on the left. At the top of the cover there are the names of the two stars of the film. The back cover ... ...here you can find the track list. Inside the case is a small booklet which contains details of all the songs and their artists and running time. The CD contains 12 tracks which all feature in the film. The track list is:-

2. Be My Baby - Performed by The Ronettes

...is from the 1987 movie Dirty Dancing, which starred Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze in the lead roles. The film is based on a holiday camp in 1963, where a young girl Frances (Baby) (played by Grey) falls in love with the camps leading dance teacher Johnny (played by Swayze). This is where a lot of the inspiration for the soundtrack has come from; the soundtrack brings back memories from the film. Advantages: Great calming music Disadvantages: Not as good as watching the movie.
...I never tire of it. Dirty Dancing is one of the all time best movies and the soundtrack is what helps make the film. The songs include 'time of my life' and 'hungry eyes' the original version of 'hey baby' is also included which was re-released not so long ago by Dj Otzi. This is definitely a chick flick soundtrack or could be equally as good for you guys that are in touch with your feminine side and enjoy abit of soft ballad type music. If you love ... ...purchase the sound track, everyone I know who has it, absolutely loves it!! It contains 18 songs with a total running time of 1 hour 36 minutes. This can be purchased more or less any where that sells music, or it could be downloaded off of the interent. Its a must have its fan-tabby-tastic :) ...

Advantages: Brings back all the best bits of the film. Disadvantages: None that I know.
WOW! I love the film, and this soundtrack is absolutely amazing as well. Throughout the soundtrack I just want to get up and dance - and sometimes I do... LOL.
It's the whole standing in front of a mirror with the hairbrush CD. If you're a big fan of the film like me, then this is the perfect CD as you know all of the words off by heart without even realising it!

Advantages: Takes you back to your youth Disadvantages: Reminds you that you can't dance!
...the soundtrack, but if you're not and you fancy checking it out, its made up of mainly songs from the 60's, a mixture upbeat and romantic, as well as those tunes you can dirty dance to!!

the film is fantastic but in my opinion it is the soundtrack that makes the film what it is. The songs on it are brilliant and well known too. The songs include Hungry Eyes and Ive had The Time Of My Life as well as Shes like The Wind sung by Patrick Swayze.
