Advantages: Songs are in the order they appear in the film Disadvantages: A few Ballroom numbers that may not be to everyones taste
...album after going to a Dirty Dancing tribute night and having a great time! Everyone has seen the film a great love story but i think the choice of songs is what made it a cult classic. The songs on the album are in the order they appear in the film and anyone who has seen the film as many times as me can link the song to the scene in the film.

Advantages: Fond memories of Johnny, fun and funky Disadvantages: Absolutely none.
100% the most listened to album I have. I have it on cd, on my MP3 player, on my media player, everywhere!!
"I've had the time of my life" is quite possibly the anthem of a generation, and everytime I hear it, it makes me want to do the funny little dance routine that Johnny & the dancers do at the end of the movie when they "rescue" Baby!
There are some ballroom type songs on there that even if you are not a fan, may very well have you trying ...
