This is one of the best but one of the last albums 2pac ever created. The lyrics created are touching and appeal to all of his friends, enemys and to the rest of the world. This album does not just explain about 2pacs enemys but it also helps explain the theories behind his tradgic death. Does the album mean he is alive or being reincarnated into one of 2pacs heros.
