This album got rave reviews from critics. They were saying Mariah has created a great comeback. She's gone back to basics with good old school R'n'B and she uses that amazing voice that has won millions of fans around the world over. Her first single It's Like that was a R'n'B headbanger. It had a hardbeat and repetitive lyrics. It wasn't until the major smash We Belong Together was released that everyone knew Mariah was the best out at the moment. ...
...and the video she did for it. It was number one for over 16 weeks in the US and went down in History. Shake it off was another upbeat song but not too Hardcore, it is a song which can be played in the background over and over again without getting annoying. EM=C2 is Mariah's abum with great effort, in my opinion after her last album, this album is show Mariah as the real diva. This album contains 20 songs, for Ultra Premiun Deluxe Edition. There are many good song in this album, but the song that I will recommend to you is We Belong Together (an RnB song with unique music and can-remember-lyrics), the song is also awarded Best Female R&B Vocal Performance and Best RnB Song in Grammy Award.
