A very good album, that can be listened to over, and over again! Such songs as Taruantula, The Terminal and Hold your colour just make this a must have album for any Drum and Base fan. The fresh approach to the music makes it an interesting listen that will captivate people to listen over it many times more.

Hold Your Colour is the debut album by Australian DnB group Pendulum. Realeased 25th July 2005, it gave Pendulum worldwide fame and they were loved by hardcore DnB fans and people new to the scene alike. Hold your colour by Pendulum is an excellent example of new age Drum 'N' Bass, with a unique sound. With great hits such as Hold your colour, Slam, Girl in the fire, Tarantula (Ft. Fresh, $Pyda & Tenor Fly) and Sounds of Life (Ft. Jasmine Yee); Pendulum have taken over the world of Drum 'N' Bass. They followed up their debut album with such hits as Voodoo People (Pendulum Remix), Painkiller and Blood sugar. Pendulum will release their new album sometime in the 3rd Quarter of 2007.

...for itself! The excellent tune Hold Your Colour definatly is worthy of having the album title all i can say about this is judge yourself but this song is perfect for driving tuneage! Blood Sugar is the penultimate track on the album and another of my all time favourites. After seeing pendulum performing live this cd reminds me of a great night! ... Read review

Disadvantages: Very, but very addictive

I have to say best drum and bass cd in 2005 by far!!! Yes Pendulum did make in a big time into music industry with this cd. I still get the chills when I listen to those tracks, they are all great. If your looking just for something new, or something different really look no furhter, this is the must!!! Disadvantages: some songs are very long and repetitive

This album is amazing. Not only is it very different from other Drum n Bass bands but the tracks are very fresh and new. The "Prelude" that begins the album adds an other worldly feel and sets the record off nicely. This record includes strong, catchy classics such as "Slam", "Fasten Your Seatbelt - Ft. Advantages: faster upbeat songs like 'fasten you seatbeat'
Disadvantages: ' Plastic World' - just doesnt do it for me

...the albumn title song ' Hold your Colour' it just doesnt have the same effect on me as the faster ones does. The same can be said for 'Plastic World' I just find that song a bit boring to be honest. Good value for money and Pendulum and Drum&Bass fans won't be dissapointed ... Read review

Probably the best album i have ever purchased. Pendulum offer a totally different sound to what is available from the music industry at the moment, and always have based on previous albums. I took an instant liking to this unique and varied 'drum & bass' sound when i heard the song 'Blood Sugar'. The intro to this particular song, almost lures you into loving it.
