The Holy bible by the manic street preachers ( also known as the manics ) is a must buy album with tracks such as Faster , P.C.P. Also my favourite track on the album If white america told the truth it’s whole world would fall apart. This is as good as the manic street preachers have ever got and ever will be. The Holy bible is the darkest most disturbing album the Manic street preachers Have ever made, recorded during the period leading up to Richie’s death It expresses nihilistic and violent sentimentsd whilst painting a depressing picture of Human nature. Advantages: 13 Excellent thought provoking songs
Disadvantages: a little too dark

This is the third album by the Manic Street Preachers and is their blackest hour. The album was written when Richey was suffering from severe depression and the lyrics cleary show this, discussing subjects such as the holacust and anorexia. The album is extremly consistent throughout, each song is brilliant, dark and thought provoking.
