In my opinion, Less than Jake must be the most patchy punk / ska band in the world. They do have some really amazing songs, but also a load of not so good ones too. This album (the only one I've ever seen belongs to me), is made up of songs which have been previously released on out of print and limited edition vinyls. Despite this, I've heard many of them before. The problem with Less Than Jake, is that they never seem to be able to release an album ...
...has 24 tracks, but 12 of those I've already heard on other albums of theirs (if you have 'The Pezz Collection' I wouldn't recommend buying this). Daft Punk's Homework is a brilliant album and at the time of its release it was one of a kind, the album has a massive 16 tracks with the majority of them being 5 minutes plus. This is Daft Punk's first and by far the best album they have released to date. It is by the far the least commercial and most underground release as the newer releases like 'Discovery' tend to go a bit on the poppy side which is expected due to their success. I dont really know that much about this group but i would just like to say that they are absolutely immense there song one more time is just such a smooth groover and around the world was ok too.
