Advantages: Every song has it's good parts, most are all amazing.
Disadvantages: Segregation of fast and slow is questionable

Disadvantages: You need at least 2 hours spare to listen to the whole thing!

This double album belongs in every music fans collection. With 2 CD's it is worth every penny and i think your ears will agree with me! CD 1 is instantly familiar, with guitar rock and a grunge feel that we are so used to hearing from the foofs. Yet it is the second CD that really blew me away with it\'s acoustic settings and laid back tempos, the melodys are beautiful and Grohl's voice slides over the notes like water over rock. ...loud and scream along to in your car. Yet, still has the depth and quality squeezed into each track that creates meaning, emotion through the lyrical content and Dave Grohl's vocal diversity. Advantages: Two albums both offering something different. Great songs
Disadvantages: The old happy acoustic songs are lost.

...could describe these as beautiful in an acoustical sense rather than the love song sense. The best song on the acoustic song is 'Cold Day in the Sun'; where the lead singer 'Dave Grohl' swaps roles with the drummer 'Taylor Hawkins' (Dave - Drums, Taylor - Guitar and Vocals).
