Nice catchy lyrics, upbeat and again inspirational lyrics, one of the best pop releases in recent years. Kylie Minogue, Jason Donovan, Natalie Imbruglia, Holly Valance, Stephanie Mcintosh... Neighbours is well known for spewing out popstars by the bucketload but Delta Goodrem is in a whole new league to all that have come before her. Like many people in the UK I first noticed her during an episode of the soap opera. Delta Goodrem- Innocent Eyes Her best album. A good mix of her own composition and songwriting with Vince Pizzinga and Sony/ATV Music Publishing. If you are an avid fan of Neighbours you will recognise some of the tracks that her character Nina sang on the show. Well, enough of the slowies, Delta is also versatile in mid-tempo tracks such as Throw It Away, My Big Mistake and the rockier slightly jazz influenced, Predictable.
