Advantages: Once had a beard. Quite a good singer, apparently. Disadvantages: Under-evolved, irritating, immature, offensive, wants to be John Lennon.
...can be entertaining. In an interview recently, Liam had this to say about death…
“I’ve died a few times, and it’s a piece of piss. You just sit there and wait for it to happen”.
These shamelessly stupid comments are highly amusing, but due to them it’s impossible to take Liam seriously.
So while the world was, in the nineties, generally a better place due to his band's music (which seemed like a good idea at ...

Am i the only one who is getting fed up with Oasis recently? Not only are they still trying to be one of the lads when they are now about as adventurous as John Major, they are still hogging newspapers with their pathetic humour.
Defintely maybe was one of the best debut albums ever, and Morning Glory was an acceptable follow up, but Be Here Now exposed weaknesses and quite frankly Standing on the shoulders of Giants is downright terrible. With ...

Advantages: Drums, Noel when he sings, Bonehead(until he left) Disadvantages: Noel's loudness, Liam
Look, Oasis have not split up. I have heard that in their last, well, not last, more 'most recent' UK gig, at the Leeds festival last summer, there was a definite air of finality about the band. Well, I wasn't there, are there has been a lot of evidence to say they have not split up.
1) They are touring America
2) They are recording a new album
3) They haven't said they have split up
4) They released Familiar To Millions (excellent by the way) ...

Advantages: Talent in abundance Disadvantages: Personality disorders
They are probably one of the most contraversial bands of the last ten years, not necessarily becuase they have done many wild and outrageous things, which they undoubtedly have, but because they are so massive and therefore everything which they do receives immediate media attention, and also the Gallagher brothers love to play up to the media even more.
Now there is not much question that their music will have to be an integral part of any show ...

Until 1991 there was a band called The Rain. This band consisted of Paul Arthurs on rthym gutair, Tony McCarrol on drums, Paul McGuigan on Bass Guitar and Chris Hutton as lead vocals. In 1991 they decided to stop and create a new band called Oasis. Chris Hutton was not going to join Oasis, and the res of the band new of Liam Gallaghers talent. They immediately asked him to join Oasis. Noel Gallagher came back from a tour with The Inspiral Carpet (he ...

Hi guys!
This is my first opinion here and I hope it won't be totally bad. I decided to write about a concert I saw the last week, here, where I live, in Vicenza.
I eard the news of the concert about 2 months ago. At the beginning I didn't believe that there would be a show like it in Vicenza. Instead, after a short time, I saw the advertising on the walls and I immediatly went to buy the ticket.
I was lucky, I found them.
So, the day ...

Advantages: Controversial language, great music Disadvantages: Controversial language
Oasis, Oasis, Oasis, Oasis, Oasis, Oasis, Oasis, Oasis. That was what we were shouting at the top of our voices as the came on stage at Wembely in July. The atmosphere was tremendous, and they exceeded expectations. The greatest band in the world gave me the greatest day of my life (sad I know!).
If you've never heard Oasis, don't listen to my or anybody elses opinion, listen to them with an open mind, and form your own. That's what the band would ...

Advantages: Great live, great melodies, great anthems Disadvantages: Known for "borrowing" other artists material in their songs
Oasis have risen to stardom, becoming one of the most influential, popular and widely acclaimed bands of the last decade. With the "perfect" frontman in Liam Gallagher and with his brother Noel providing the majority of the songs, Oasis have had 5 number one studio albums and 6 number one UK singles in the UK.
Despite bust ups, punch ups and the occasional break up, Oasis have continued to be unstoppable in Great Britain in terms of record sales ...

Well,if your a fan of Oasis like i am you are probably wondering whats happened with the band"where did it all go wrong?".In my educated opinion,i honestly believe that it stems back to the two money grabbing women that they both got themselves lumbered with, thats right,Meg Matthews and Patsy Kensit.Wait a minute, its not a bad suggestion. Before there turbulant marriges we had the pleasure to experience albums such as Definatly Maybe and Whats The ...

Oasis started off as a timeless act of raw brtpop and with the release of their second album whats the story (morning glory), it became clear that they would turn from a quality original band into a band dominated by their producer(s). Many beetles fans criticise oasis for rewriting beatles songs but having said that, songwriter noel gallagher is responsible for one of the best songs ive ever heard in champagne supanova.
More recently oasis have ...
