Thought I'd go back to the past for this review - the early 90s! Was listening to this album last night and thought it would be a good cd to review because a) it is consistently of a high standard and b) it is probably the last album of janet jackson's which I really enjoyed. Janet's music is fantastic, she is one of the best pop/R&B artists there is and the album Janet was groundbreaking and also was a huge sucess. She blended her R&B with pop so well in this album and produced a very long very enjoyable album. Love part 2 is one of my favouite songs, the general theme of this album is actually love and many of the songs talk about love, the album is fantastic, any R&B fan and pop fan should have a copy of this album ...
