...not... but his new album Late Registration can easily provide more fodder for his ego... After the interesting Bernie Mac introduction, "Heard Em Say" cranks up the stereo. This intro is easily more soulful and light-hearted than "We Don't Care" from College Dropout, but you'll probably notice that as a whole, Late Registration is easily the more soulful and slower of the two. Late - This song has a very 80s feel to it if you ask me, lots of chipmunk style speeded up music (just think of Akon and you'll know what I mean) not my favourite but not terrible either. I thought "College Dropout" was overrated and I think the same of this album. Kanye is a PRODUCER. It's what he's good at and what he should stick to in my opinion. I certainly have no complaints about the production on this album that for sure. I do have complaints about the rapping though. His flow is appalling and seems to be getting worse not better. The lyrics are very basic. I guess it doesn't include any of the oh-so common ganger rap that ...
...'Crack Music' was the worst track I heard all year. Both The Game and Kanye were weak, even more so than I expected of Kanye. On the flip side, "Bring Me Down" is a great track in my opinion. Kanye west has some good flows, he is a really great rapper. Unlike other rappers when he rap he is saying something, he is making a point or speaking his mind. This album has 21 songs on it and they are all good song. You will play this album over and over again. Most people know his song featuring jamie foxx, called "Golddigger".
