Bob Marley is without a doubt one of the greatest artists ever to have lived. Although he is dead his music is widely appreciated and listened to all around the world. This album, his greatest hits album is quite frankly my favourite ablum ever. It has all hits hits from Jamming to Get up Stand up. Although, Bob Marley is dead his music lives on. The album ‘Legend’ is a brilliant album, I can’t find on song that is the ‘weak’ link. His lyrics are excellent, they are from the heart and have deep feelings and meaning. What Bob Marley did was through music put Jamaica on the map. The style throughout is obviously reggae, yet is very varied within that boundary. Bob Marley- Legend He for me on of the greatest artist ever to live and this album contains some of Bob MaRLEY’S FINEST it has the stunning “No women no cry” recorded at the London lyceum concert, and for me is a truly great song. Although generally a metal loving musician i am also partial to a bit of Bob marley, i was bought this CD as a present from a fellow band member a few years ago and can honestly say this has rarely left the player.
