...really sound like it's a Lifehouse song. Wade's voice is not it's usual powerful self and the music amazingly does overpower him slightly. It's not put together that well and all in all it's just an OK track, I wouldn't say it's horrible, just not what you expect from Lifehouse. ...have been a fan of Lifehouse since their two earlier albums. A friend loaned me No Name Face and despite an initial listen I wasn't hooked. I tried it again a week later and found their style of music pleasing and the album quickly became a favourite. Stanley Climbfall marked a slight improvement. Their third album, strangely a self titled release is in my opinion their best release to date. Yes it won't appeal to everyone, if you don't like music ...
...It's difficult to put Lifehouse into a box and say there music is "X", they are definitely rock that's about the nearest I can say, if you like you're rock music upbeat and fast then this album isn't for you. Their sound is fairly similar to 3 Doors Down, Matchbox 20 or perhaps The Calling. I love this album, finding Jason Wades voice both amazing and relaxing at the same time. ...
