    Michael Jackson is truly a distinctive artist. Despite the media attempting to ridicule him it is indisputable that he remains, on the basis of his music alone, one of the most memorable artists of our time. He is one of few artists who can actually release an album of their number ones. Before releasing his current album, Jacko had sold over 80 million albums worldwide and ‘Number Ones’ will undoubtedly boost that figure significantly.     Michael Jackson has to be one of the greatest music artists in the whole world who has created some absolutely amazing songs. He has also performed many times on stage at massive concerts and, at some of these, fans have even fainted just by seeing him. It is just rather a shame that someone as talented as this seems to be in rather a bit of bother at the moment and is rather regularly in the news headlines.     Advantages Advantages A lot of the good old songs he sang.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages his life at the moment.

    I am writing this review and opinion as a fair one, I have my personal opinions on him but this is not what this is about. No matter what has gone on in the past, Michael Jackson is a legend. He even has a monkey named after me lol. My next door neighbour from my last place idolises him and will not hear a bad thing said against him so for Christmas I decided to get her the Michael Jackson Number Ones.     MICHAEL JACKSON NUMBER ONES By helpa4eva I could never really call myself a fan of Michael Jackson, i just liked his songs.. the down-to-earth lyrics of The Earth Song, and the upbeat words to Beat It. So when i noticed the advert for this album, i moonwalked (well, sort of) down to my local CD shop and got myself a copy. 1. Judging a CD by its case The case was plain, but bright and enjoyable.     Michael Jackson is a legend what more can I say the album it says all. All the number ones rolled into one album. What more do you need for a number one selling album. Whenever Jacko releases a single I really enjoy it but I would never have said I was a great fan of his until listening to the pure talent that is shown on this album. It is truly unbelievable that someone can have so many popular songs but be portrayed as someone so ungrateful and mean.     As a great admirer of Michael Jackson's music, I thought I would be expecting him to release a few albums after the millennium, he is ultimately the king of pop and to retain that title I hardly doubt he has done much. Whilst living in the shadow of his previous mega hits (have to give it to him they were incredible) and seeing his previous album go down quickly, with miserable sales, after spending million on it.     First of all when listening to this album or even thinking about this album cast aside the fact that MJ is if not a kiddie fiddler just plain weird. Forget that and take your mind back to the late 80s early nineties when Micheal Jackson was the King of Pop and probably the most famous guy in the world. Then you are in the right mindset for this album, which by the way rocks. Quick request get whatever MJ record you have (and to be reading this you must have some), put it on and see how long it is until your trying to do the Jacko crotch grabbing dance (no pun intended).     This album was released amid various allegations. However i can imagine that this sold millions. INFO : 1 . DONT STOP TILL YOU GET ENOUGH ( 3.56 )- OFF THE WALL nice boppy tune, an old family favourite! Disco eat your heart out! 2.     There's no doubt about it, Michael Jackson can be a bit of a prat at times; having reacted in totally the wrong way over allegations of being a paedophile, he then proved to the world that he was utterly child-friendly by dangling a baby off of a balcony.     Advantages Advantages Contains some songs music-buyers might not already have

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Not all were UK Number Ones, "Break Of Dawn" is terrible and it's not available on cassette or vinyl

    Despite recent troubles, this album continues to sell well all over the world, even though it was released months ago. It seems people do have the intelligence to put the music first. The record company were responsible for the release of this and even though it is old material, it has been a huge success. It was released in November 2003 and it has now officially sold 4 million copies and this figure is continuing to rise. The album is a must for everyone, even non-fans. The DVD version has sold over 200 thousand copies in the UK. The under-rated "One More Chance" is included and songs which ... more
