...fourth released album is entitled OK Computer, which contains some of the best music and lyrics Radiohead has come up with since the last two albums. The music is soft and mellow but some songs do contain hardcore guitar and drums sounds. Paranoid Android (the first released single from the album) contains an unusual composition of sounds in a song ever and the lyrics are just plain funny. Overall this album is enjoyable if you like indie / alternative ...

Advantages: The best album of all time! Disadvantages: Only twelve tracks!
This, Radiohead's third album from 1997, is consistently voted as one of the best of all time...it is still one of the few albums that I can return to time and time again. Fantastic tunes with almost abstract lyrics that tackle alienation and the decay of modern society. Not an easy listen for some. Many of the 'uninitiated' tag this album as depressing, but many of the tracks and melodies are uplifting – no, honestly! The thing that really works ... ...– the track sequencing is sublime. So turn of the shuffle on your mp3 player and listen to this album as it was intended! Dim the lights and put on your headphones. If you have never heard this album... buy it now! This is my all time favourite album. Love it! ...

Advantages: Great lyrics, great songs, just great generally Disadvantages: Could be a little obtuse for some to love
...read any of the other OK Computer reviews (and I can't see why you'd read mine first,) you'll know that it's truly a modern classic. However, I've heard parts of 'Kid A,' the upcoming Radiohead album release, and this seems to indicate that 'OK Computer' will probably mark the band's last album as what could be loosely described as an 'indie' album. Therefore, it should be stressed how this album serves as a document of 'the old Radiohead,' and as ...

...long time to get into ok computer, and at first I thought it was rubbish. I'm glad I stuck with it, and it is definitly in my top 5 albums (possibly top) without question. Every song is excellent whithout exception, with my personal favourites being Airbag and the instantly recognisable Paranoid Android. This was the album that confirmed Radiohead to be one of the best and most innovative bands in Britain (probably the world), and if their follow ...

This is a good album, but not as good as The Bends which probably means I didn't understand it. Exit Music for a Film is a classic and there are a couple of gems. I think Radiohead are enormously talented band with huge depth and potential. No British band can stand with them at the moment, their originality and raw creativity is outstanding. This album is different from the others, but that doesn't worry me. This is a band who I will happily follow ...

Advantages: beautiful original music Disadvantages: none
This, their third brilliant album, shows that Radiohead are surely one of the best bands of the last decade and certainly the most original. Music that jumps out of the CD at you with its shere beauty and is a pleasure to listen to you no matter how many times you have already heard it. This is the bands best album yet, which is saying alot when you look at all the quality tracks on their two previous albums.
If you only like heavy rock music then ...

how do u start a review of the best album of all time by the best band of all time. When i bought this album i was into tring new stuff but the moment i heard the song paranoid android i had to go out and buy all their albums they had done and maybe a few EP's. this is the most emotional album i have heard only equaled by pink floyd's The Wall and wish you were here. i also have to give thom yorke a whole load of credit for writing it. i also have ... ...in the world. some may think im a bit wierd thinking so hghly of them, so did i at first untill i saw them live on their kid a tour 2000. even though their music is themost depressing i listen to it gives me a warm buzzing feeling every time i listen to it. every song on it takes my breath away (except fitter happier ) but you could say that adds to the feeling of it. All in all my life wouldn't be complete without it. So order it quickly ...

Advantages: Excellent to listen to the whole way through Disadvantages: May take a couple listens to get the message
This is far in away, without a doubt, the greatest Album of all time. Personally I love the melancholic sound of Paranoid Android, its difficult to hear but it is all about the benefits of Cocaine abuse. All the tracks on this CD seem to echo a poor state of some kind of substance abuse, No Surprises for example seems to sing out the loneliness and pointlessness of smoking cannabis where as exit music seems to be telling us about Heroin.
Although ...

...the album grows on you. OK Computer is the perfect introduction to Radiohead, I can only say that after buying this album, try out Amnesiac and the amazing Kid A. Ok Computer is in my opinion Radiohead’s best album it contains some of their most stark and dark songs and combined with the complex music arrangements I’ve ever heard. Exit Music (for a film0is one of the most depressing songs but in a strange way it is also uplifting with some of lyrics. The pick of the singles and maybe the whole album has to No surprises combined with the video it is a chilling affair with key board in the background it is a ...

This albus is legendary and I would recommend everone have a copy in their music collection. The haunting unque sound of Radiogead glides from one track to another and leaves you breathless. Go listen to a copy of it now! It is the type of album one could play for the sole purpose of moving ones emotions and soul, to enable release through the expression of music. Quite equally, it could be played and enjoyed while doing the housework or other menial ...

I never thought they could ever top The Bends. But this album just blew me away. It is an absolutely fantastic piece of artwork. Voted as the number one album of all time in a recent Q Magazine Poll and rightly so. This album has is all. Lyrically its thought-provoking. Musically its mind-blowing.

Advantages: Combining true emotion and a love for music is hard for some. Disadvantages: none. This album captures excellence.
This album for me sums up Britpop and the indie genre of music. This album contains some of the finest songs from a decade of brilliant music. Tracks such as 'No suprises' truely are music for the soul!
The debate of which Radiohead album is the best will go on for may years, the ground breaking excellence of the 'Bends' album compared to the might and significance of the 'OK computer' album.

...enough to rival The Beatles) OK Computer was released. The Bends is a mixture of Thom Yorke's wailing voice, and stunning guitar riffssometimes interrupted by a thumping chorus (My Iron Lung). The idea of rhythm and sound are further emphasised by the fantastic digital quality on OK computer. With lines like 'If I could be who wanted all the time', and 'wish that it was bulletproof', this album is the ultimate depression medecine. Someone out there ...

radioheads last album and to some their finest but not mine. There are some brilliant tunes starting with the opening song airbag which is quite a master piece with big beats and strong melodey. Paranoid Android is an epic 6 minutes long of crazy effects added to a beatles rippoff piano riff. The other notable tracks are Karma police, No suprises a brilliant zylophone driven song which could be from a babys mobile or toy and electroneering which ...
