Advantages: few good songs Disadvantages: rest are fillers
radioheads last album and to some their finest but not mine. There are some brilliant tunes starting with the opening song airbag which is quite a master piece with big beats and strong melodey. Paranoid Android is an epic 6 minutes long of crazy effects added to a beatles rippoff piano riff. The other notable tracks are Karma police, No suprises a brilliant zylophone driven song which could be from a babys mobile or toy and electroneering which ...

there was a huge fuss made about this album when it was brought out, due to the unrivalled exellence and originality of their previous album "the bends". the album got rather lost in all this, but has emerged th other side as something great and original. it has continued in the vein of originality that the bends set up and in places it has excceeded it. with "paranoid android" you will never ver hear such a song again. it is a veritable rock opera ... ...textures of the work make it rises to new levels each time you hear it. "no surprises" is at the opposite end of the scale - it is slow and gentle but still has a disturbing tranquility. i would recommend this album, but it is highly original and diverse, so be warned. ...

Advantages: Great songs Disadvantages: A bit depressing
Could this be one of the greatest albums of all times. Each track is fantastic despite the mellow and depressive vocalist. A great blend of clasic radiohead songs along with what is now there current sound.
Having only becoming a radiohead fan a while ago once I heard this album I was hooked. They are great but do not get as much credit as they deserve. The lead voalist being vited the ugliest man on Earth inly helped with their non popularity.

Okay, I wasn't really a fan of Radiohead, although I'm alternatively minded and generally despise Pop Music from the likes of Westlife, A1, Five and Spice Girls et al who seem to dominate the charts. Kid A has already been released and that is next on my next music buying spree.
Radiohead just has the innate ability to produce the most thought-provoking music around and gives me dreams to dream for in all eternity with stuff like fitter happier ... ...Surprises and my favourite, Paranoid Android.
Kid A probably outclasses it in terms of my taste by a factor of 2 when already at infinity which means just like the speed of light, it is invariant in quality to Kid A.
This is one the most critically acclaimed Albums around, a must have ...
