One Step Beyond, was actually one of the first albums I ever owned (actually it may have been my first), yes way back in the days of “vinyl LP’s” (what are they? I hear half the CD obsessed, young-uns say), and was the LP that put Madness on the road to stardom and mega-fame. One Step Beyond was released in 1979 & features their huge hits One Step Beyond, My Girl & Night Boat To Cairo, all classics that stand the test of time so well & are still just as good these days as they were at the time ! Well this is the one that any fan of Madness should own! This is the first one from the boys and includes absolutely brilliant songs. The classics of One Step Beyond, Night Boat to Cairo, My Girl, Bed & Breakfast Man, Madness and The Prince. Now thats a very impressive list of classic tracks anyones debut album! WELL WOT CAN I SAY THIS ALBUM IS FANTASTIC AND APPEALS TO ALL AGES TO ALL DIFFERENT KINDS OF PEIOPLE WHO LIKE ALL DIFFERENT TYPES OF MUSIC. THIS IS DEFINANLTY SHOWING MADNESS AT THEIR BEST. THIS ALBUM CONTAINS ALL OF THE HUGE SUCCESS THAT MADNESS HAVE ACHIEVED OVER THE YEARS AND THEIR SUCCESS IS STILL GOING STRONG.
