Mark and Lard have become my idols over a period of months, and when I discovered that the Shirehorses was actually their band, and not an ongoing joke, I thought I would have to buy and see what was what.

Advantages: Quite Funny in Places Disadvantages: Runs out of appeal very Quickly, I really want to turn it off now
...Album in The World Ever.....ever, Our Kid Eh promised to be just as comical.
For anyone who is unaware of the Shirehorses, they are of course Radio 1’s very own Mark and Lard along with The Dark prince and Dick “The Buttocks” Scruttock. The comedy duo basically take well known songs and have a laugh with them, changing the lyrics into a comedy song but Keeping the music almost exactly the same.

Advantages: Funny lyrics Disadvantages: After one play, it's boring
I first bought this when it was first released in 2001/2 (I can't remember) and I gave it the quick once-through before it ended up on the eternal abyss of my 'music-shelf.' Just to clarify, I operate a music system, the good albums stay in an ever-increasing pile near my stereo.
