Advantages: Everything you love about cave in, in one album. Disadvantages: Will not get enough exposure due to it's hard edge.
...floyd and velvet underground, then perfect pitch black is an album you must buy.
The melodic, spacey songs such as 'paranormal' and 'tension in the ranks' will have you lay back in your chair wondering just where this album is going to take you. Whereas the more hard edged hardcore inspired 'treppaning' and 'off to ruin' will hit you in the face like a 10 ton hammer, but still posses the melodies that any band would kill for.
