After what felt like a very long wait, B4MV finally released The Poison in October 2005. After listening to hit singles 4 Words and Suffocating Under Words Of Sorrow on repeat many times, I hoped that the rest of the album was as good as those. And I was right. This is the second album from the Welsh four piece . The band consists of: Matt Tuck on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, "Moose" Thomas on drums, Jay James on base and vocals and Mike Padget AKA Padge on lead guitar. In my opinion The Poison has outdone Bullet for my Valentines newest album by far, scream aim fire was a bad release and the style has changed completely. The poison has some great songs and they all have great solos vocals instrumentals, and well everything. i highly recommend if you like the newest album to buy the older one, its has a much better range of songs and all of the songs stick to a great independent genre only portrayed by Bullet for ...

BFMV! THIS IS THEIR GREATEST CD! This is and has been my favourtite cd for a long time! iv been to see bhullet for my valentine at the kerrang tour, in which they played an awesome kick ass gig! they played some of the koolest songs from this cd, including, four words to choke upon! and suffocating under words of sorrow! they have amazing heavy guitar riffs , in particular listen to tears dont fall! and they start off the cd with the unbelieveable ...
...a groundbreaking entrance into the heaviest koolest band of 2005/2006! the whole theme of the cover fits their style of songsd like a tight glove, the poison makes you love this band so much! they have amazing cd covers and the songs are unbelievabley great! everyone seriosuly buy this cd now! you will love it! ...

After listening to Bullet For My Valentine's self-titled EP containing Hand of Blood and Just Another Star it was clear that they were going to be big. Waiting for this debut album built up huge expectation and the lads from Wales didnt disappoint. Every track brings something special to the album and its no suprise they won Best UK Newcomers at the 2005 Kerrang! Awards.
