Released in 1997, 'Polythene' remains to be my favourite Feeder album right to this very day. From start to finish this album is absolutely excellent, always the music is packed full of energy and never is the sound created here anything short of exceptional. ...mocks me. * Polythene Girl * Opening up with some backwards guitars and a little synth riff the light hearted intro’s nice and cheerful and pretty good. This Feeder’s debut album and was released in 1997 on the echo label. This album has all you need from an Indie/Rock band with great catchy songs and also darker songs (which are my favourites). Obviously people would choose ‘High’ or ‘My perfect day’ as their favourite tracks as they were both singles.
