Advantages: Most of their classics Disadvantages: 'Beat on the Brat'
The Ramones are, arguably, the first punk band ever (to make it big anyway). The decided to take rock and roll back to its basics and tack out any sence of progression. They also wanted there music to be full of energy and repressented how they felt. From this punk was formed. They all came from the same family, the Romone family, and that (if you haven't guessed) is where their name came from.

The only Ramones album you will ever need to buy! A massive 30 track album which features all of the Ramones best songs spanning thier music career. A fast, racey album in which all the songs are around 2minutes long but remain unforgettable. Their music style could be described as 'simple' but it works perfectly.
