After Eric's death, a replacement was found in Eric Singer (ex Gary Moore, of other things). This album was one of the heaviest that Kiss have created ever. The opening track 'Unholy' is very reminiscent of War Machine in places. They even had time ot write a song for the second Billand Ted film, which even though it was a cover was quite catchy.
