Scrubs is one of my favorite TV programmes and although I appreciated the music as part of the show it wasn't until I saw the episode with, who I found out later was, Colin Hay (ex 'Men at Work' front-man) playing 'the Troubadour' that I really thought about the music. I missed the titles and didn't get his name so I Google'd Scrubs and music and got more info. Not only did I find out who he was but that there was a soundtrack. 2."All In My Head" the CD slips easily into this light but slightly 'rocky' ballad. Nothing too original, very typical Scrubs background music as JD daydreams his way through another crisis. Advantages: Brilliant selection, poignant and meaningful, great bands Disadvantages: none
this is a brilliant album for both fans of the show and music in general. there really is not a weak link in this album and it really personifies the sensie that JD is made out to be. this album has a really good feel to it and music lovers will definitely feel the benefits of this. through this album i got into the Shins hugely, a very good band who i really recommend.
However, fans of the show will definately not be disapointed, nearly every song ... ...from the most poignant and beautiful moments. from the touching "new slang" to the brilliantly performed cover "Hallelujah" by john cale. this song will make you cry....seriously
Overall, this album is brilliant and one of the best soundtracks i own. i really think that Zach Braff, who chooses alot of the songs for the show, excels here. ...

Advantages: Has a good selection of music from the scrubs episodes Disadvantages: So much more music should be on there, no soundtracks for later episodes!
I love scrubs and have always enjoyed the variety of music that they use throughout each episode. Many nights I have been hunting those elusive tunes, sometimes with success.
So when I heard that they brought out a soundtrack, it was not a surprise to anyone that I wanted it. It covers a wide range of the songs heard in the first series, and the now world-renouned 'I'm no superman'.
