Timbaland has a knack for turning everything he touches to gold recently - he has garnered international attention for his work with Nelly Furtado, Justin Timberlake and others. Shock Value, pretty aptly named actually, but one hell of a creation. Timbaland, never even heard a song where he actually put more effort into the vocals than into the production of an album in it's entirety. For surely that is what he is known best for. Having never been a big fan of albums and finding many in recent years to be peppered with bland filler tracks to buttress the obligatory 3 singles - Timbaland's 2007 release came as somewhat of a treat for me. The album is a fantastic mix of styles, tempos and artists, and it seems that Timbaland has gone all out in putting every piece of his best material into the CD. ...John (2 Man Show) this album has something to offer almost every listener. The album is packed with gems that will live on long as some of the best from the decade with 'The Way I Are', 'Apologise' and the perfect driving track 'Scream' all appearing. I loved a couple of Timbalands songs, including The Way I Are & Apologise never thought about buying the album untill we were on a long car journey and wanted a new album so went looking for Timbaland as i knew i liked a couple of songs already. This is my first timberland album. This album has a good mixture of tracks and some really good collaborations. Again this is on my album and I listen to this album at least once or twice a week, I think you will love 16 out of 19 tracks on the album then ones I didn't like, where the kind of tracks that are just demo versions to make numbers on the album im sorry to say. but 16 tracks of the album where different, you can sing too, good vocals ...
...his 16 tracks I like some in my hip-hop fav's and some in my RnB fav's. This album is worth buying for the music and its value for money but this album falls into RnB and Hip-hop so if you like just on genre then don't buy the album i recommend.
