Advantages: fantastic song and B-side Disadvantages: none, really.
Starbucks - Ah, I remember the first time I heard Starbucks. It was last May, I was at the front of a tiny, overcrowded room with a stage digging into my legs, mere centimetres from Jason when he announced a new song called Starbucks, which made us laugh. I don’t remember much of the song, apart from the great “don’t want your job in Starbucks” bit.
I really like Starbucks, and it fits mighty well in the tracklisting of the album (Hi-Fi Serious, ... ...establishment-defying chant at the end. Starbucks rocks and was a great choice for a single, despite only making the top 20. Bah. Monterey - Strange plinky guitar and JP singing about life in America. Not their finest B-Side hour but maybe I need to listen to it more. Nice and laid back, in the vein of The Springs (also from Hi-Fi Serious)
Coming Around - I LOVE THIS SONG. Could easily have gone on the album and possibly been a single. The video ...
