Quick review of This City Is Dead - Forever Falling

With the use of three very different vocal styles Forever Falling have only got it half right. Their heavy Killswitch Engage inspired vocals work best for them, especially when combined with the preacher like spoken moments, rather reminiscent of RATM, shown on %u2018Last night I dreamt you were dead%u2019. Thankfully the balance of their album does favour this style as opposed to the far weaker Funeral For A Friend style vocals that they attempt to include in places with a resultant loss in instrumental depth. It is a real shame that this is only their debut album, as the lack of impact it makes does not bode well for future releases. ...
