Advantages: Great Concept Album Disadvantages: Would Have Worked Better As A Musical Stage Production
In 1976 Jeffry Hammond retired from the band and was replaced by a more fluid bassist John Glascock (or Brittledick as Anderson often referred to him onstage). Hammond was a more precise bassist but John’s fluidity added a new lease of lie to the band as can be seen in the recording of this album.
