Up! This has been the latest release from Country singer Shania Twain. I personally do not have any great feelings towards this CD because it is more Pop than anything else which I feel is not what she used to stand for. Shania married Mutt Lang and together, he and Shania wrote theis album. There are 3 Cds in the collection - Red, Blue and Green. The Green one is supposed to be a country version of the tracks but it doesn't meet the quality ... Read review

...wait to hear it. Up! lived up to all my expectations and more. With 19 high quality Shania style songs and a double CD set it was well worth the money. Up!, the title track, is the opening track on the album. Shania sings about having a bad day. " It's as 'bout as bad as it can be...seems everybodies bugging" "Even my skin is acting weird, I wish that I could grow a beard...to cover up my spots, not play connect the dots, I just wanna disappear" ... I first got into the Shania phase at uni! Her previous albums were really good to get into and relax to. The first time I heard this album, was slightly disappointed. The red CD seems very poppy in relation to what I'd previously heard and the other CDs didn't really appeal - admittedly I probably didn't give them a chance. However this CD DEFINATELY GROWS ON YOU. being a long standing Shania fan, i waited excitedly for this album, and got it before i had even heard a snippet. on first listen, i was somewhat disappointed. Shania had left her country roots in the dust ( i only had the Red/Blue release) and seemed to have put together a bizarre mish-match of music styles. i put the cd in the rack, and forgot about it for a while. when i finally got the album out again, and gave it another listen, both versions ...
