...fantastic albums as Appetite and Use your Illusion 1, could the sister album perform equally as well? Well yes and no. This album has some amazingly good songs on it, some of the best written by Guns 'N' Roses, but there are a few things which spoil it. Good points first then... Use Your Illusion 1 & 2 were the eagerly awaited follow up albums to Appetite for Destruction and I for one was never a big fan of Guns N' Roses until I started to see certain tracks played on MTV. I like this song so much. I love the song that include inside this album. Almost All of it. So you can make a loud sound from this till the soft wound from this album. Yet another great album from the great Gun n' Roses. As a 'young' fan of these guys, (I'm 18), I'm more into their slightly later stuff like 'Sweet Child Of Mine' and 'November Rain' , but this album was the second of theirs I bought and it got scratched through over use! No one thought that apetite for destruction could be matched. It has been. This is an album full of energy and excitement. Once you get to know it you will not be able to stop listening. Use Your Illusion II has everything you need from a Guns 'n' Roses album; the epics, Civil War and Estranged, the energy, Pretty Tied Up and You Could Be Mine as well as the classics such as Yesterdays and Knockin' On Heaven's Door.
