RUSH's last release, in 1996's was "Test For Echo".
Since then RUSH fans have waited eagerly for their next studio album. We had a SOLO album from Geddy Lee "My favourite Headache" which had a varied collection of songs, which I still listen too quite often.
Rush's forthcoming album "Vapor Trails" isn't due in
stores until 14th May, but there are enough samples out there to give a taste of the recorded songs.

Advantages: Rush back to their rocking best! Disadvantages: Poor production quality
Having been a fan of Rush since the early eighties, I am always filled with anticipation of a new release from the guys.
I was surprised when first listening to this cd, that there are NO keyboards, and no guitar solos! The lack of guitar solos doesn't detract from the listening pleasure though, as Alex really rocks on most of the songs. Geddy, as usual sings with gusto during the rockier songs, as well as with warmth and soul during the slower tracks. ...
