What more is there to say than the title. Oasis, form dole bums to rock and roll ledgends. From playing to 57 people on the "BIG E" in 1992, to playing to 138,000 people in Knebworth 1996. This is one of the greatest albums of all time. I remember buying oasis previous album Definetly Maybe and I thought this cannot be beaten, but how I was wrong when this baby appeared. It was recommended on the day it was realeased to me by a friend who had listened to it once and she was going mad over it. Its the best she said and she wasnt wrong. Disadvantages: Liam's voice may grate and some will not appreciate the quality of the songs.

This is probably Oasis’ finest moments on record and as much should be savoured as much. Essentially ten tracks with two untitled interludes, this contains many of their best songs. In my opinion ‘Hey Now!’ and ‘She’s Electric’ are brilliant with the former a melancholic bluesy type number that they pull off with great gusto. I fell in love with Oasis when there first album came out Definitely Maybe come out. I was young at the time to actually understand anything about music but now I do, I know that they have got to be the best indie group ever. This album is a classic. Noel Gallaagher is a pure genius at songwriting. This is Oasis at their best, the time when they are over their first album and generally dont give a damn about life. The standout songs are Dont look back in anger, Champagne Supernova, Wonderwall and Some Might Say. All of these songs are great and are favourites of any Oasis fan. "Morning Glory" is the album I always wanted to get, but never actually got round to it. I knew all the tracks already, but it was the one missing from my collection... I only bought it this summer, and it's never left my CD player! It is timeless, I've listened to it so many times and never got bored of it. This is without a shadow of a doubt the best album I own, or have ever heard, and that's a lot. Every song on here could have been a single.
