Love this album! Even though it's their first, it's their best. An excellent mix of slowed down songs & upbeat booty shaking beats. For all the strong minded women out there who don't let no man tell them what to do.

I bought this album having heard the singles "Bills Bills Bills", "Bug-A-Boo" and "Say My Name" hoping that for once an album could sustain the quality of its singles - and this one has managed it which in my opinion is a very rare thing. I think this is the best cd that Destiny's Child ever produced. Every song is hot! Every song have you swearing, cussing, or moving around in your seat. It contains drama, sadness, fun, sexiness, and every situation that could go wrong in a relationship. Even though this cd is very old, I still listen to it today. It's just Hot!

Destiny's Child is not your average group. they are brilliant. The second album is great with many good songs on there. I would say that they are the new tlc. More than a few of the songs on the album were hits in the charts such as Bills, Bills, Bills and bug a boo. I absolutely love this album. I am a big skate-punk music fan but really cannot get enough of Destiny's Child. It's so unlike anything else I ever listen to but it must be the album I have played the most this year. There are some amazingly good tracks on it. The singles have been superb, Say My Name was a massive smash and the recent Jumpin Jumpin a great tune also. Bills, Bills, Bills a superb song also. I really do enjoy listening to this album- All the songs have realy good tunes, beats and lyrics and you just cant help yourself shake your bootie along to them! However I did think that their other songs that they haven't realised would have been better. This album for me is destinys childs best album ever! not many songs you would want to skip as they are really catchy and definately an album to kick start any party definately a must have.

Another excellent R'N'B album. And the voices from these girls are just great, 'Independent Woman Part 1' And 'Independent Woman Part 2' are just as good as each other. Songs you would definetly tap your toes to, '8 Days Christmas' Is very good, infact all the tracks off the second bonus CD are great. ...Women" from Charlie's Angels! The Writing's On The Wall is a superb album with many beautiful songs. What makes this album (apart from good production), is the fantastic singing. They have such a good vocal range. There are slow songs such as the r&b tune Say My Name and more upbeat ones (still r&b) such as Jumpin' Jumpin'. This is a must buy for all RnB fanatics. The album has some of the best mixes of RnB flava around and is a joy to listen. From the first track, So good' to the last, Get on the Bus you are taken on a journey of smooth vocals and jumpy beats.
