Advantages: Excellent riffs and beats that you can really rock to Disadvantages: I couldn't find any!
Considering this band are relatively new on the scene, despite having been together for years and were popular locally, this album is incredible! Every track is utterly brilliant and exceedingly easy to listen to. The riff and beats are catchy but not over-used, and the lyrics, while sometimes being hard to work out (isnt that the case with most metal bands with a gruff sounding front-man?) are again really catchy. I saw Head-on live once, and the ... ...hear on this CD. (and the entertainment value was high too). Head-on have been described as "Buffed up like WWE wrestlers with fat beats and punishing riffs and tunes that make you want to dink beer" by Metal Hammer Magazine, and although i cannot agree with the making me want to drink beer comment, it certainly does make you want to jump around and have a good time.
