mind that in 1972 "The Black & White Minstrel Show" was still one of the top rated TV shows, which tells you something about the era.
The Pearls were signed to the Bell label ? which had some hugely popular acts on their roster including the Bay City Rollers, Barry Blue, David Cassidy and Gary Glitter. The UK arm of the label focused mainly on commercial pop and the Pearls fitted into this perfectly. Interestingly the US arm tended to focus more on soul music.

I'm going to review a CD of one of my favourite artists, the great Jools Holland. I'm sure all of you have heard of him somehow, as he has got himself everywhere at all times of the year; Later with Jools Holland, the Hootenanny at New Year, he was in the band Squeeze, and he did radio work, and countless gigs with his band, The Rhythm and BluesOrchestra. And it's the CD he did with them that I'm going to review! And it costs £11.99 if you're buying it new from www.amazon.co.uk, but you can get it for as little for £4 second hand!

Perhaps, just perhaps some Noisy Neighbours really are thick as pig pu and don?t realise how much they impact on other peoples lives.
I suspect though, as with my neighbours, they just don?t care. They are living their noisy, careless little lives without a thought for anybody else.
It seems to me that this is becoming more common and is certainly worsened when ?They? breed and have noisy off spring who are left to roam the roads like little street rats. It?s the children I feel sorry for who will grow up thinking its just fine to act that way.
And they are our next generation.
