...British Blues as a beautiful, gentle, affectionate breed. Well whether my auntie?s cat was an exception to this rule I will never know. After spending time with my auntie?s cat however beautiful these cats are to look at I would never own one. I like my cats loving and accepting to everyone not just to me. I don?t think this breed of cat would be good with children either. The good thing about British Blues is that grooming and care for their coat does not take long. As they have short hair you don't need to take much care of it though you will want to spend some time brushing out dead hairs so they don't get on your furniture. Often with long haired cats you need to brush them more regularly to stop things like fur balls creating, but short haired are less likely to get fur balls. Advantages: Harmless slapstick fun for all the family
Disadvantages: a little outdated and sometimes repetative

...The other day I was rummaging though some old boxes in the garage and I came across several video cassettes, one of which contained a movie I had not seen for over twenty years. The movie in question was a one off from the, back then, brilliantly comical partnership of Cannon and Ball (they do window adverts these days). Back then, in the turn of the eighties, I was a big fan of the very funny Tommy Cannon and Bobby Ball, loving their tv shows in the late seventies through the eighties, enjoying the way the pair bounced off each other with the brilliant style of humour and fantastic banter. After mentally reminiscing about the past, recalling the brief parts of this movie I could remember, I decided to watch the entire movie again, sitting back, waiting for the comedy to start. ...This is not a book which I would have gone out of my way to buy but hubby spotted this in a shop a he knows how I enjoy reading biographies so he decided to treat me. When he bought it home I was of course grateful but a bit dubious as to whether I would enjoy it or not but on looking at the back cover of the book I was hooked as there is a lovely big picture of Daniel in his famous Bond swimming trunks coming out of the sea, (yes that is very shallow of me, forgive me I am only human!) The book has been written by Sarah Marshall not by Daniel himself so most of the book is made up of quotes from both Daniel and his friends. The book starts off with a short chapter about his upbringing and how he decided he wanted to be an actor.
