Advantages: A thoroughly great night out Disadvantages: Depends on your taste in music
MaddyPrior has the most beautiful voice. She used to be lead singer with Steeleye Span in the 70’s and I always loved their music – remember the hit All Around My Hat?
I saw Steeleye Span perform live at the open air concert at Cardiff Castle where 10CC were topping the bill. It had rained all afternoon and we were all soaked but as MaddyPrior took the stage the rain stopped! I didn't really know her at that time but the music was brilliant and her voice was so clear.
Well, now she sings with The CarnivalBand, a group of 5 musicians who can play an amazing number of instruments. As you take your seats for the performance the stage is littered with guitars, fiddles, drums of all sorts, bagpipes (Irish and Flemish), oboe and many instruments I’d never even heard of!
Dave's boss had suggested that he went to ...
Advantages: Entertainment, a great opporunity to see a few different places on one holiday Disadvantages: food limited at night, slow room service, small-ish ship

Advantages: Suitably spooky, clever beginning, brilliant ending Disadvantages: the middle bit, sorry but it's just not a patch on the original
earlier and that they had watched a videotape that, legend has it, kills the viewer. A real video nasty (sorry)
So rachel sets of to the cabin where her niece spent the night and (a little conveniently) finds the same videotape and, you guessed it, decides to watch it. As soon as the tape ends the phone rings and rachel answers, a childs voice whispers 'seven days' and rachel freaks out. So Rachel has seven days to unravel the mystery of the tape before she dies, however she has help in the form of the father of her son Noah, who decides to watch the tape aswell. Rachels deadline is made the more 'deadlier' because her young son aidan has also watched the tape.
Now Rachels son aidan is from the school of sixth sense, stir of echoes and the others. All psychic and spooky looking, an important if unwelcome addition to the story in my ...
