I obtained this album when I heard Robson & Jerome were going to release it. I enjoyed their performance together on Soldier Soldier, so reckoned their album was worth a go. My first impressions of the album were good. Although the songs are all covers, I decided to cut the guys some slack. If writing is not their strong point, then all credit to them for bringing some of the "goldie oldies" back into the 90's. Some of the tracks are particularly good, for example, Daydream Believer is a classic, so they couldn't really do much damage to it. As for some of the other tracks such as Unchained Melody, Danny Boy and I Believe, they are also untouchable. There are a couple of dodgy ones in there, like The Sun Ain't Gonna Shine Anymore, but on the whole, a good quality album, which could appeal to anyone, most probably females of any age from early teens upwards.
