There are 2 songs from 1972, 2 from 1973, 4 from 1974, 3 from 1975, 4 from 1976, 4 from 1977, 1 from 1978, 7 from 1979, 4 from 1980, 4 from 1981, and 2 from 1982. CD 1 covers the period 1972 to 1979 and it contains 20 tracks. I must admit that before I got the CD I was not aware of all the songs but I am getting to know them ...

Jimmy Eat World - fantastic band, fantastic CD

Advantages: a great CD, nice range of songs with different tempos
Disadvantages: nothing, I love it

Firstly I have to say, I'm a huge Jimmy Eat Worl fan. I absolutely love them, but unfortunately have never had the chance to see them live, such a bummer!! Review of Guero (Limited Edition) - Beck

Hayley's odyssey

Advantages: great voice, blend of styles
Disadvantages: may not appeal to all listeners, espacially young

Overall, Odyssey is a very good mix, with something for everyone : there's a track (May it Be) from Lord of the Rings ; a new take on an old folk tune (Scarborough Fair) which, while good, is not quite up to the standard of Simon & Garfunkel's version ; a very good cover version of Joni Mitchell's Both Sides Now ; a couple of other easy listening tracks ; and a selection of classical tracks, including a duet with Andrea Bocelli ...
...entirely sympathise, but please don't be put off - it's actually quite good and certainly doesn't spoil the album as I had suspected it might). comeback album of such high quality

Advantages: great bonus disc full of strong tracks
Disadvantages: couple of fillers in there but at the price it is no disadvanatge

...without doubt one of those you either love or hate. I happen to be one of the former but no one can deny his influence on pop culture and the importance of the smiths. His solo work has mixed opinions, 'You are the Quarrey' was his comeback album after years without a record deal and what a comeback it was: - 'America is not the world' is not a typical political song with lyrics such as "america you know where you can shove your hamburger" as well ...
...and until that day, you got nothing to say to me". Underpinned by acoustic guitar Quarrey starts off gently 8/10 'Irish Blood, English Heart' is a further political stance with reference to tories and labour amongst the lyrics but its of musical intent that it was selected as the first single.
