No Doubt its an album worth buying =)

Advantages: Original, best hits in one place, great tracks
Disadvantages: Quite specific genre...none others really!

This is a greatest hits album by band No Doubt. I only bought it originally because it was on sale for £6 in some random shop, and i liked Don't Speak. However, I was very pleasantly surprised with the rest of the album - all catchy, quality tracks, and a bit of variety spice too. What kind of music is it? Well, personally i find it quite hard to describe - a cross between pop, rock, ska? maybe. I recommend trying this album for a good initial ...
...any of those genres though! From the club like beats of Hella Good & Hey Baby, you also have a dose of ballads such as Don't Speak and several feel good anthems such as Just A Girl and Spiderwebs. All on one album! To me, it also seems to flow quite well - in my opinion every track is worth listening too, none to be skipped(!) except perhaps Running, (but its just not really my thing) and the 2 bonus tracks. The amazing Travis!

Advantages: All the greatest Travis songs on one CD!!
Disadvantages: There are non!!

...to ear. The Singles spans a career of 8 years and 4 albums, making this a definitive ‘best of’. All their best tunes have been pressed here including the superb melody of ‘Driftwood’ and the world famous ‘Why does it always rain on me?’. There is also the newer ‘Sing’ which is such a fantastic sing along song! very good

Advantages: an impressive 21 tracks
Disadvantages: i don't know

my friend bought this album and played it o me, i didn't think i knew who they were but found myself singing along to a few of the songs as they came on and, after borrowing it, singing along even more to catchy songs such as "film star" and "the beautiful ones." Advantages: The best of the SFA over the last 10 years in one place
Disadvantages: A couple of weak tracks but dont detract from the album too much.

Feeder's Greatest Hits

Advantages: All the videos and most of the band's best work in one package
Disadvantages: Does not contain Paperfaces, the band's best song

...the standard edition of the singles, but also contains a dvd of all the bands videos. The original cd itself is very strong, and, being a singles collection, keeps a high standard of songwriting throughout. The only disapointment is it lacks all the singles (with the band cutting out all their least favourites) and so misses some of the band's earlier work. However, these songs are contained on the dvd. The single version of Paperfaces is the outstanding ...
...videos, from the highly original and comic Just a Day, to the serious Just The Way I'm Feeling, to the very cheap (but amusing to watch) early videos. This package itself is excellent, and due to the high quality of the songs, is one that would be recommended to both fans wanting the dvd and non-fans wanting to be introduced to Feeder alike. ...
