Advantages: Great diversity and outstanding music. Disadvantages: Lacks most of the bands classic material and as such not great as an introduction to Led Zeppelin.
...box set released of the Led Zeppelin back catalogue, having been remastered by Jimmy Page, and as such is basically the material that was omitted from the prior four cd box set. The first box set includes most of the band's
best known material and as such for someone new to Led Zeppelin or anyone simply wishing to own a definitive part of their works, this would be, in my opinion the best place to start, but that said, if you want to complete the ...
...songs. This is more than just a "best of" box set - in fact: this is no "best of" box set - this is the history. It`s made up of demos, live tracks and hard to find stuff (peel sessions, remixes) - all of this an ideal synopsis of their work. All in all this is essential for any Pogues fan, and of course highly recommended for any music fan - especially so if Irish Folk music is your liking.

Advantages: An enjoyable album with great hits Disadvantages: Not very impressed with the overall design for the CD cover
...(has an excellent video clip), Stadium Arcadium, Tell Me Baby and Storm in a Teacup. A good album but will no way be the best Peppers release. The fans will be happy but probably won't rate it as their favourite. But good on the guys for their longevity. But good on the guys for their longevity. ...
Of Whales and Woe is Les Claypool's first proper solo album. His name may not be familiar to all as he is better known as Primus' frontman bassist extraordinaire. This album was released back in 2006 on his own record label Prawn Song. (It was recently re-released on vinyl as of November 2009.) The arrangements of the other instruments like saxophone sitar, guitar and drums, etc sit really well together without drowning anything out. The songs themselves are really catchy and you'll find yourself singing along too by the end of it. There is even one track on here, Iowan Girl, written specially for his wife with some of the most amazing bass playing I have ever heard. There isn't a bad track on here in my opinion. Advantages: A great number of songs are good. Highly original. Disadvantages: No all the songs are that great.
Radiohead does it again. Highly original record. Most songs last forever. The in and out bass line of "Airbag" is brilliant. I also like the way this song slowly unfolds, specially the brilliant guitar. You might be surprised to hear that I don´t care too much for "Paranoid Android" one of their most famous singles. I thought "Subterranean Homesick Alien" was great too. "Let Down" is also a super song that must be in your collection. "Karma Police" ...
