Advantages: Most of the 80's/90's stuff is really rather good in hindsight Disadvantages: She took that vocodered stuff too far, and there's no new songs on it
To accompany her neverending farewell tour (come on Cher, just say cheerio and be done with it), in 2003 Cher released another of her Greatest Hits collections. The tracklisting rarely varies on her collections, but you cant blame an old bird for trying when she really cant be bothered to go into the recording studio anymore. And her recent brand of vocoder-ed pop lead the way for the modern pop sound, so after 40 years of recording, perhaps she's ... ...the end and works her way back, well sort of. She misses a few stumbling blocks along the way, but the cream of the crop is all present and correct.

The style of the album is an easy listening classical genre in my opinion. ... ...known hit on the album. This is the solo version sung in Italian but he had a big hit single singing the English mixed with Italian version of it with Sarah Brightman and this is also on the album, track 15. This version is called Time To Say Goodbye and is a song frequently played at people's funerals. It is an uplifting song but at the same time can be interpreted as a last good bye song. There aren't any weak tracks on this album and the highlights ...

I love this particular track and Celine's voice and vocals flow really well in this song making it a really interesting track to listen to among others on this album.
'If That's What It Takes' is my favourite track on this album and I have listened to it over and over again with tears welling up on occassion... yup, I am a hopeless romantic:)

Celine Dion has career spanning over 20 years, she has got a great voice and absolutely fantastic vocals with the ability to reach pitches not many artists have or could.
