Advantages: An amazing album full of quirky ideas and lots of neat sounds
Disadvantages: It is a little dated in places but this isn't too deterring

a must for any david fan.

Advantages: amazingly tight and powerful performance and a historical one.
Disadvantages: it's not the dvd so you can't see what's happening.

...is playing the character of Ziggy Stardust.You should also get the DVD for this because there is a great bit where Mick Ronson dives on top of david with his guitar. At the end he announces to the audience... oh i won't ruin it for you, but its an epic moment finished off by the epic rock and roll suicide. ...

...This is a greatest hits album from a band who I have up there as one of the master bands of Rock and Roll music. I am sure some of this bands songs have appeared on movies as soundtracks. In addition the main reason I bought this album is because they included the song you better you bet as track number 16 as well as the classic song 'who are you'. Of Whales and Woe is Les Claypool's first proper solo album. His name may not be familiar to all as he is better known as Primus' frontman bassist extraordinaire. ...check this out! The arrangements of the other instruments like saxophone sitar, guitar and drums, etc sit really well together without drowning anything out. The songs themselves are really catchy and you'll find yourself singing along too by the end of it. Advantages: A great number of songs are good. Highly original.
Disadvantages: No all the songs are that great.

Radiohead does it again. Highly original record. Most songs last forever. The in and out bass line of "Airbag" is brilliant. I also like the way this song slowly unfolds, specially the brilliant guitar. You might be surprised to hear that I don´t care too much for "Paranoid Android" one of their most famous singles.
