...stuff & should appeal to all of their fans. You can actually sit back and enjoy the various sounds, grunts & growls that are contained herein on this album. This showcase of Fiend tracks finds them at their best, and only a couple of their albums are as raw and edgy as this one. It rates well alongside releases like The legendary Batcave tapes, Acid Bath, and Who`s been sleeping in my brain? These are great recordings, and well worth the money. ...
...what that have accomplished in all those years. As far as the songs go on this release, I would have to say that as for zaniness, the song Drive my rocket has its funny lyrics. For my very favorite, I am sticking to my guns for the song Ignore the machine. The booklet is unfortunately done in black and white, lacks the lyrics and could of had a little bit of a biography about the band. ...

Galore-ious! (sorry)

Advantages: Features hits from their late 80's prime
Disadvantages: A couple of late 90's afterthoughts

...So, as you can see, Galore came at a great time to sum up the second part of their career. I have detailed below the track listing and given each track my usual mark out of five. I hope this helps you. 1. Why Can't I Be You? Infuriatingly catchy. A big brass riff dominates this tune and the percussion speeds along at 100mph without ever sounding too manic. Robert is his at his crazy best on the vocals and this is a rare slice of exhuberant joy ...
..."I sometimes wish I'd tried to catch her/But never even caught her name", goes the chorus to maudlin effort. A real regretful piece and one featuring superb atmospherics as a lazy guitar picks its way through the mix. Smith brings the track to a magical close as is "do do do's" meander off into infinity and assert this as quite the best thing on the album, with the exception of.......(5/5) 3. yet another wonderful release by HIM! a collection of 10 cds, which totals to 44 songs (unless i counted wrong). each of the songs are HIM's typical love rock style, a hint of sadness with a blast of great music. and they turn the sad music into something great! the discs are as follows: Disc One 1. ...This is a greatest hits album from a band who I have up there as one of the master bands of Rock and Roll music. I am sure some of this bands songs have appeared on movies as soundtracks. In addition the main reason I bought this album is because they included the song you better you bet as track number 16 as well as the classic song 'who are you'. Largely because of these two classic tracks I bought the album as I wanted to listen to other tracks ...
