One For Die Hard Bon Jovi Fans

Advantages: Fantastic twists on classic songs, Olivia d'Abo in Livin on a Prayer.
Disadvantages: May be a little too different for some fans.

...Love a Bad Name. However this album is a complete contrast to any other Bon Jovi album hence the title This Left Feels Right. The album released in 2003 and labelled Bon Jovis second greatest hits album is escentially 14 covers of some of their greatest hits done in an acoustic style with guest singers at times. A guest singer to note is Olivia d'Abo who sings on the Livin on a Prayer cover with Bon Jovi and has a sensational voice. Track Listing: ...
...opinion the best tracks on this album are Keep the Faith, Bad Name, Livin on a Prayer, Wanted Dead or Alive and the fantastic Its My Life which i think is arguably better than the original track on the Crush album. However, i feel this album is for true die hard Bon Jovi fans as many may find the album too slow and not upbeat enough, but i think its a fantastic album and i think 99% of Bon Jovi fans will appreciate this album. ...

Review of This Left Feels Right (Special Edition) - Bon Jovi

Average Alice

Advantages: Some fine moments
Disadvantages: Patchy

I didn't bother with the "free" comic-book associated with this release, despite it apparently being "essential to fully appreciate this concept album" (or so the marketing would have us believe) as it appeared to be two or three quid dearer than the CD on its own. And anyway even a concept album should stand up on its own without any knowledge of the plot. This is actually rather short for such a release at only 51 minutes, and starts quietly with ...
...old guitars, before "Lost in America" bursts forth with its heavier axe sound and hilarious lyrics ("I can't go to school because I haven't got a gun" - only in America!) The clumsily-titled "Bad Place Alone" follows, then "You're My Temptation"'s slow riffs and growling vocals turns back the clock to vintage Alice. "Unholy War" is written by Chris Cornell of Soundgarden - who I don't really like - but is probably my favourite track (go figure). ...

A bit too twee for me

Advantages: Still some excellent tracks
Disadvantages: The Steven concept idea is a bit dull by this time

The Last Temptation is a concept album revolving around an old character (Steven) from Cooper's albums of the past Welcome to My Nightmare, Goes to Hell and at the end of Hey Stoopid, the album prior to this. GaGa still brings the Excitement!

Advantages: 8 Great different sounding tracks
Disadvantages: Always leaves you wanting more & then you have to wait for her next masterpiece album.
