Jagged Little Pill Acoustic-Alanis Morissette

Advantages: Chilled out,familiar,still got that magic,more mature vocals make songs emotionally stronger.
Disadvantages: Not really any new material but it does give you something new in sound and feel.

Jagged Little Pill Acoustic- released in 2005 suits the new Alanis really well. With her general albums showing a mellower (hippier) side, the acoustic take on the past albums is really a nice idea. The good thing about this album is that the songs still have the familiarity that they did before but with a slightly new sound. This album really does offer something different and as I have got older, I think I now prefer this version. I'm not giving Metro Station a bad review just because Trace Cyrus is Miley Cyrus's brother. The reason I am giving them a bad review is because the album they produced is just awful. It shouldn't even be called music. It is watered-down pop punk that doesn't really deserve much recognition. Arkansas rockers produce immense album

Advantages: Original, Tuneful, Powerful

Evanescence are one of the bands in an obscure section of rock that action get media attention. This is unusual. The thing that definitely stood out to me on the album was Amy Lee's (vocalist) ability to use classic instruments to boost the originality.
