Top Ten Hits Of The 60's
Advantages: Some great Songs Disadvantages: Some terrible Songs
As a proud owner of this album myself I can tell you that by buying it you will not be dissapointed. As an avid fan of 60's music myself, yet not from that era myself, i was as eager as anyone to get my hands on this product regardless!
Personally I enjoyed tracks 3,7, and 9 best. Some of the good old classics!
Admittedly the other ones may have been slightly poorly chosen, but I assume it was some poor uneducated survey collector somewhere who ...

It's Time For Something Biblical
Advantages: The best album of the first three a real turning point for Muse as a band Disadvantages: None, unless of course you don't like them....
...the charts. The release of Absolution would be the moment the Devon three piece would really hit the big time. A year in the making, absolution wasn't just going to be another album and the band intended it to be the next step in their musical journey. Having been tipped as the next Radiohead, Muse were certainly trying to evolve and enhance their sound and it meant that like the album before it, this album would be an improvement on the last. With ... ...something in it, but with Absolution they seems to destroy that theory with some particularly stunning tracks. Throughout the album there are tracks like "Hysteria" and "Stockholm Syndrome" that really show how far Bellamy's vocals have come from that debut album. His vocals seem to have improved with each album to the point where, his vocals seem to blend majestically into the songs. It's an album that really signalled the intent of what was to ...

Review
Advantages: easy to relate to Disadvantages: not as enjoyable and up beat as first album
This album is very different compared to her first album. The young singer has grown up and has become very emotional. In her first album she brought 'girl power' back by showing girls that they are allowed to have their own opinions and they shouldn't have to hold back. This album is much more darker and shows that avril also knows what its like to have her heart broken and the problems she has in life.
If you buy this album be prepared for the ... ...an emotional track that was dedicated to avrils late grandfather. THe tracks on this album are easy to relate to if you've had a death in a family or even had your heart broken. Anyone can enjoy this album you dont have to be a completely depressing person. the lyrics are very vivid and do let you into avrils head and the way she thinks and feels about things. ...

A needle in the hay, but worth searching for.
Advantages: beautiful melodies, great guitarist, vocalist, acoustic Disadvantages: if you are into dance, very upbeat music then this isn't for you.
I absolutely love Elliott Smith. He is one the most influential, beautifully talented acoustic artist around, and as a musician myself his songs have true meaning and inspriation. This self-titled album is soothing, and a great pleasure to listen to. It's less polished and commercial than his other albums, but still has some brilliant classics such as 'coming up roses' 'needle in the hay' 'clementine' 'southern belle' and so many more, I could go ... ...and touch your soul, they reveal and paint the picture of his hard, pained but interesting life. This low production album is mezmerizing, and although takes a few listens to appreciate each song individually, is truly worth buying and having in the collection. Especially if you like acoustic, guitar vocal, lovely melodies, great guitar playing songs. This is the one for you. ...

Fortune Favours the Fearless
Advantages: Absolute ear candy Disadvantages: VERY unoriginal!
...and take notice of The Bravery, an aching rocker about loneliness. It seems like Sam Endicott is a fan of Bono, and you can tell by the way he wrings every last drop of emotion out of his vocal chords, like his idol. Endicott's understated lyric of wanting 'something for nothing' hints at a great songwriter lurking below the tongue-in-cheek cock-rock exterior. Opening with beautiful twinkling keys and a bassline that sounds like a motorbike being ... ...verses, before a fury of drums and guitar duke it out on the bridge, before an epic chorus, led by that gorgeous keyboard melody. A masterfully constructed synth-pop song.
"I'm a beggar and a chooser, I'm accused and accuser, but nothing's unconditional"
10) 'The Ring Song'
Not the best follow-on from the brilliance of its predecessor, this nevertheless has its own charms. It's a welcome change of pace from the high-paced syth-pop explosions of ...
