This album is beautiful. The slow easy going songs give you a warm feeling in side, as do the gently uplifting songs. I personally use it as background music when im doing something else, although it easily stands up to being listened to with all your attention.
My personal favourites when i first listened to it were No Such Thing and Why Georgia, but as i garnered a taste for him, i can honestly say that i frequently listen to the whole album instead of going to individual songs like i usually do with CDs.
The only song that it really took me a while to get to like was St. Patricks Day. The slow melody and downbeat tempo seemed at total odds with the rest of the album, and it seemed like an odd thing to include in an otherwise excellent album. However, although it is not my favourite song, I do still listen to it on occasion.
In conclusion, I think this is an excellent album and everyone should have a copy.
