Recorded in Noel Gallaghers recording studio 'Roots and Echoes' is a brilliant album with many hits songs that you will find yourself humming away to or even singing the chorus' out loud. After many years in the industry the band have brought out their best album to date. Much respect should be given as even though there music is fantastic, the havent been in the spotlight all that much and havent had the wide pludits they should have had.
With a fantastci lead singer like James Skelly and many taltented guitarists their plain style of folk music mixed with rock n roll influences is a recipe for sucess. Mant sure to be classics are featured on the album like 'Jacqueline', 'In the Rain' and there hit song 'Who's Gonna Find Me'. The band mix clever lyrics and talented muscians...

...The roots of dubstep, and absolute classic introduction to the origins of dubstep. the first in what is now a 6 part series i belive
This music originates from oldskool dub and roots, bringing it to the forefront of the 21st century sampling elements from all different genres if you like techno, dance, drum and bass or rock, dubstep samples tastes from all backgrounds.
With some classic first timers from producers and dj's such as Skream, Benga, N type, Loefah, Mala, Digital Mystiks, Rusko, Caspa and many more, this would have to be a definete pruchase for anyone interested in how dubstep has come around or even to listen to how its evolved to the sound we here today.

Their 1996 album ‘Roots’ is widely regarded as one of the seminal metal albums of the 1990s, blending Brazilian tribal influences and thrash metal to surprisingly good and varied effect.
Shortly after ‘Roots’, however, they split up. Lead singer Max Cavalera left, forming his own Brazilian metal band, the fairly similar but slightly more commercial Soulfly (who released their third album, ‘3’ in summer 2002...
